Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Minela ("the app") is a puzzle game for Android published on Google Play by YerlitAS Labs ("we", "us"). For any privacy question, contact us at erdemyerlitas@gmail.com.
2. Data stored on your device
Your game progress (levels, stars, crystals, boosters, quests, statistics), your settings (language, theme, sound, vibration) and the date you accepted the Terms of Use are stored only on your device. We have no access to them. Uninstalling the app deletes them.
3. Google Play Games (optional)
If you sign in with Google Play Games, your progress and settings are saved as a "saved game" in your own Google account, so you can restore them after reinstalling or on a new phone. Google processes your Play Games player ID, player name and the saved game for this purpose. We do not receive your email address or contacts. If you do not sign in, nothing is sent to the cloud. While signed in, the game also sends Play Games your achievements and your records (your best Classic score and your longest Daily Puzzle streak). On the leaderboards other Play Games players can see your Play Games name, profile picture and these scores; Play Games' own settings decide who sees your profile. See the Google Privacy Policy. While you are not signed in, the game shows Google's Play Games sign-in once each time it is opened; you can decline and play without it. Once you have signed in, Play Games signs you in by itself and backups happen automatically. To stop the game from using your Play Games account, remove its access in the Google Play Games app (or in your Google Account's third-party connections); your progress stays on the device. You can delete your Play Games data at any time from the Google Play Games settings on your device.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Minela is free and shows ads through Google AdMob: full-screen ads now and then between games, and rewarded ads only when you choose to watch one (to continue a game, double the crystals of a level reward, get a booster or an extra spin of the lucky wheel). To deliver and measure ads, Google may collect and process:
- your device's advertising ID,
- your IP address and the approximate location derived from it,
- device and app information (model, operating system, language, app version),
- ad interactions (ads shown, taps) and diagnostic data.
Through AdMob mediation, these ad networks may also bid to show an ad; the one whose ad is shown receives the same kinds of data for that ad, and your consent choices apply to them as well: AppLovin, Unity Ads and Liftoff Monetize.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, you are asked for consent before ads use your data, through Google's consent form. You can change your choice at any time in Settings › About › Ad privacy options inside the game. Elsewhere, you can limit personalized ads or reset your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings › Privacy › Ads). 5. Notifications
If you allow notifications, the game schedules reminders (Daily Puzzle, free spin, quests, streak) on your device: at most two a day, fewer when you have not played for a while, none after a month away. They are created locally; no data is sent anywhere for them. You can turn them off in your device settings.
6. Voice announcements
With sound on, the game calls out combos ("Nice!", "Legendary!"…) using your device's own text-to-speech engine. The words are created on your device and kept in the app's cache; the game sends nothing anywhere for them. Your text-to-speech engine works under its own provider's terms.
7. Ratings
Now and then, after a won level, the game may ask Google Play to show its rating window. Whether it appears and what you rate is handled entirely by Google Play; we only see the public ratings and reviews in Google Play.
8. Children
Minela is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data through the app, contact us and we will help remove it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Turkey's KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent. Because we hold no personal data ourselves, most requests are handled directly by Google through the controls above; we are happy to help at the email address in section 1.
10. Security and retention
Data sent to Google services is encrypted in transit. Data on your device stays until you uninstall the app; cloud saves stay in your Google account until you delete them.
11. Changes
We may update this policy when the app changes. The effective date above shows the latest version. When a change matters for you, the app asks you to confirm again before you continue playing.

2. Cihazınızda saklanan veriler
Oyun ilerlemeniz (seviyeler, yıldızlar, kristaller, güçlendiriciler, görevler, istatistikler), ayarlarınız (dil, tema, ses, titreşim) ve Kullanım Şartları'nı kabul ettiğiniz tarih yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Bunlara erişimimiz yoktur. Uygulamayı kaldırmak bu verileri siler.
3. Google Play Games (isteğe bağlı)
Google Play Games ile giriş yaparsanız ilerlemeniz ve ayarlarınız kendi Google hesabınızda "kayıtlı oyun" olarak saklanır; böylece yeniden yüklemeden sonra veya yeni bir telefonda geri yükleyebilirsiniz. Google bu amaçla Play Games oyuncu kimliğinizi, oyuncu adınızı ve kayıtlı oyunu işler. E-posta adresiniz veya kişileriniz bize ulaşmaz. Giriş yapmazsanız buluta hiçbir şey gönderilmez. Giriş yaptığınızda oyun Play Games'e başarımlarınızı ve rekorlarınızı (Klasik'teki en yüksek skorunuz ve en uzun Günlük Bulmaca seriniz) da gönderir. Skor tablolarında diğer Play Games oyuncuları Play Games adınızı, profil resminizi ve bu skorları görebilir; profilinizi kimlerin göreceğine Play Games'in kendi ayarları karar verir. Bkz. Google Gizlilik Politikası. Giriş yapmadığınız sürece oyun her açılışta bir kez Google'ın Play Games giriş penceresini gösterir; reddedip Play Games olmadan oynayabilirsiniz. Bir kez giriş yaptıktan sonra Play Games sizi kendiliğinden bağlar ve yedekleme otomatik yapılır. Oyunun Play Games hesabınızı kullanmasını durdurmak için Google Play Games uygulamasından (veya Google Hesabınızın üçüncü taraf bağlantılarından) oyunun erişimini kaldırabilirsiniz; ilerlemeniz cihazda kalır. Play Games verilerinizi istediğiniz zaman cihazınızdaki Google Play Games ayarlarından silebilirsiniz.
4. Reklamlar (Google AdMob)
Minela ücretsizdir ve Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterir: oyunlar arasında zaman zaman tam ekran reklamlar ve yalnızca siz izlemeyi seçtiğinizde (oyuna devam etmek, seviye ödülündeki kristalleri ikiye katlamak, güçlendirici almak ya da şans çarkını bir kez daha çevirmek için) ödüllü reklamlar. Reklamları sunmak ve ölçmek için Google şunları toplayıp işleyebilir:
- cihazınızın reklam kimliği,
- IP adresiniz ve bundan çıkarılan yaklaşık konum,
- cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri (model, işletim sistemi, dil, uygulama sürümü),
- reklam etkileşimleri (gösterilen reklamlar, dokunmalar) ve tanılama verileri.
AdMob uyumlulaştırması (mediation) sayesinde aşağıdaki reklam ağları da reklam göstermek için teklif verebilir; reklamı gösterilen ağ o reklam için aynı türde verileri alır ve onay tercihleriniz bu ağlar için de geçerlidir: AppLovin, Unity Ads ve Liftoff Monetize.
Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de, reklamlar verilerinizi kullanmadan önce Google'ın onay formuyla izniniz istenir. Seçiminizi oyunda Ayarlar › Hakkında › Reklam gizlilik seçenekleri bölümünden istediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz. Diğer bölgelerde kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları cihaz ayarlarınızdan (Ayarlar › Gizlilik › Reklamlar) sınırlayabilir veya reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlayabilirsiniz. 5. Bildirimler
Bildirimlere izin verirseniz oyun cihazınızda hatırlatmalar (Günlük Bulmaca, bedava çevirme, görevler, seri) planlar: günde en fazla iki, bir süredir oynamadıysanız daha az, bir ay uzak kaldıysanız hiç. Bunlar cihazda oluşturulur; bunun için hiçbir veri gönderilmez. Cihaz ayarlarınızdan kapatabilirsiniz.
6. Sesli anonslar
Ses açıkken oyun kombolarda ("Güzel!", "Efsane!"…) cihazınızın kendi metin okuma (TTS) motoruyla seslenir. Sözcükler cihazınızda oluşturulur ve uygulamanın önbelleğinde tutulur; oyun bunlar için hiçbir yere veri göndermez. Metin okuma motorunuz kendi sağlayıcısının şartlarıyla çalışır.
7. Puanlama
Oyun zaman zaman kazanılan bir seviyeden sonra Google Play'den puanlama penceresini göstermesini isteyebilir. Pencerenin çıkıp çıkmayacağı ve verdiğiniz puan tamamen Google Play tarafından yönetilir; biz yalnızca Google Play'deki herkese açık puanları ve yorumları görürüz.
8. Çocuklar
Minela 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun uygulama üzerinden veri sağladığını düşünüyorsanız bizimle iletişime geçin; silinmesine yardımcı oluruz.
9. Haklarınız
Yaşadığınız yere göre (örneğin KVKK veya GDPR kapsamında) verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve onayınızı geri alma haklarınız olabilir. Kendimiz kişisel veri tutmadığımız için taleplerin çoğu yukarıdaki Google kontrolleriyle doğrudan karşılanır; 1. bölümdeki e-posta adresinden size yardımcı olmaktan memnuniyet duyarız.
10. Güvenlik ve saklama süresi
Google hizmetlerine giden veriler aktarım sırasında şifrelenir. Cihazınızdaki veriler uygulamayı kaldırana kadar, bulut kayıtları ise siz silene kadar Google hesabınızda kalır.
11. Değişiklikler
Uygulama değiştikçe bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihi en son sürümü gösterir. Bir değişiklik sizi ilgilendiriyorsa uygulama, oynamaya devam etmeden önce yeniden onayınızı ister.
