Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Minela app ("the app"). By tapping Accept when the app starts, or by using the app, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. The terms of Google Play also apply to your download and use of the app.
2. Who we are
The app is published on Google Play by YerlitAS Labs ("we", "us"). Contact: erdemyerlitas@gmail.com.
3. Who can play
The app is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
4. Your license
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the app on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted remain with us.
5. Crystals, boosters and other in-game items
- Crystals, boosters, stars, medals, rewards and other virtual items are earned only by playing (for example level rewards, quests, the lucky wheel) or by choosing to watch a rewarded ad. The app does not sell them for real money.
- They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and cannot be sold, transferred or traded. They are part of your license, not your property.
- We may adjust the game's balance (prices, rewards, booster effects, level design) to keep the game fair and fun.
- In-game items live on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes them unless they are backed up through Google Play Games (section 7).
6. Advertising
The app is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob: full-screen ads now and then between games, and rewarded ads only when you choose to watch one (for example to continue a game, double the crystals of a level reward or get an extra spin of the lucky wheel). A reward is given only when the ad has been watched to the end; ads are not always available. Ads are shown by Google; we are not responsible for the products or services advertised.
7. Google Play Games and cloud saves
The app offers sign-in with Google Play Games so your game can be saved in your Google account and restored after a reinstall or on a new phone. Signing in is optional, and Google's own terms apply to it. We do our best to keep backups reliable but cannot guarantee that a save can always be restored.
8. Fair play
You agree not to:
- modify, hack, decompile or reverse engineer the app, except where the law expressly allows it;
- use cheats, bots, automation or any tool that alters the game, or exploit bugs to gain items or rewards;
- interfere with the ads or their measurement, or obtain rewards without watching the ad;
- use the app for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms other people or the app.
9. Intellectual property
The app and everything in it (its code, design, graphics, sounds, music, texts and the Minela name and logo) belong to YerlitAS Labs or its licensors and are protected by law. The Adventure chapters are named after historic mosaic and tile sites as a tribute; this does not imply any connection with those places or their operators.
10. Updates and availability
We may update the app, change or remove features, or stop offering it. The app is provided "as is" and "as available"; we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the loss of game progress or in-game items. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
12. Ending use
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. If you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, your license ends.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the app changes. The effective date above shows the current version. When a change matters for you, the app asks you to accept the updated Terms before you continue playing.
14. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live still apply, and you may use the courts or consumer bodies available to you there.
Kullanım Şartları
1. Sözleşme
Bu Kullanım Şartları ("Şartlar") Minela uygulaması ("uygulama") için geçerlidir. Uygulama açılırken Kabul et düğmesine dokunarak ya da uygulamayı kullanarak bu Şartları kabul etmiş ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı okuduğunu onaylamış olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan lütfen uygulamayı kullanma. Uygulamayı indirmen ve kullanman için Google Play'in şartları da geçerlidir.
2. Biz kimiz
Uygulama Google Play'de YerlitAS Labs ("biz") tarafından yayımlanır. İletişim: erdemyerlitas@gmail.com.
3. Kimler oynayabilir
Uygulama 13 yaş ve üzeri oyuncular içindir. Yaşadığın yerde reşit değilsen uygulamayı yalnızca bu Şartları senin adına kabul eden bir ebeveynin veya yasal vasinin izniyle kullanabilirsin.
4. Kullanım lisansı
Sana, uygulamayı sahip olduğun veya kullandığın Android cihazlara kurup kendi ticari olmayan eğlencen için kullanman amacıyla kişisel, sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Açıkça verilmeyen tüm haklar bize aittir.
5. Kristaller, güçlendiriciler ve diğer oyun içi öğeler
- Kristaller, güçlendiriciler, yıldızlar, madalyalar, ödüller ve diğer sanal öğeler yalnızca oynayarak (seviye ödülleri, görevler, şans çarkı gibi) ya da ödüllü bir reklamı izlemeyi seçerek kazanılır. Uygulama bunları gerçek parayla satmaz.
- Parasal değerleri yoktur; paraya ya da oyun dışında herhangi bir şeye çevrilemez, satılamaz, devredilemez ve takas edilemezler. Bunlar mülkiyetin değil, lisansının parçasıdır.
- Oyunu adil ve eğlenceli tutmak için oyun dengesini (fiyatlar, ödüller, güçlendirici etkileri, seviye tasarımı) değiştirebiliriz.
- Oyun içi öğeler cihazında saklanır. Google Play Games ile yedeklenmedikçe (7. bölüm) uygulamayı kaldırmak bunları siler.
6. Reklamlar
Uygulama ücretsizdir ve Google AdMob reklamları gösterir: oyunlar arasında zaman zaman tam ekran reklamlar ve yalnızca sen izlemeyi seçtiğinde ödüllü reklamlar (örneğin oyuna devam etmek, seviye ödülündeki kristalleri ikiye katlamak ya da şans çarkını bir kez daha çevirmek için). Ödül yalnızca reklam sonuna kadar izlendiğinde verilir; reklamlar her zaman hazır olmayabilir. Reklamları Google gösterir; reklamı yapılan ürün ve hizmetlerden sorumlu değiliz.
7. Google Play Games ve bulut kaydı
Uygulama, oyununun Google hesabına kaydedilip yeniden kurulumdan sonra veya yeni bir telefonda geri yüklenebilmesi için Google Play Games ile giriş sunar. Giriş isteğe bağlıdır ve Google'ın kendi şartlarına tabidir. Yedeklerin güvenilir olması için elimizden geleni yaparız, ancak bir kaydın her zaman geri yüklenebileceğini garanti edemeyiz.
8. Adil oyun
Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersin:
- yasanın açıkça izin verdiği durumlar dışında uygulamayı değiştirmek, kırmak, kaynak koduna dönüştürmek veya tersine mühendislik yapmak;
- hile, bot, otomasyon ya da oyunu değiştiren herhangi bir araç kullanmak veya öğe ya da ödül kazanmak için hatalardan yararlanmak;
- reklamlara veya ölçümlerine müdahale etmek ya da reklamı izlemeden ödül almak;
- uygulamayı hukuka aykırı bir amaçla ya da başkalarına veya uygulamaya zarar verecek şekilde kullanmak.
9. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulama ve içindeki her şey (kodu, tasarımı, grafikleri, sesleri, müzikleri, metinleri, Minela adı ve logosu) YerlitAS Labs'e veya lisans verenlerine aittir ve yasalarla korunur. Macera bölümleri, saygı amacıyla tarihi mozaik ve çini alanlarının adlarını taşır; bu, o yerlerle veya işletmecileriyle bir bağlantı olduğu anlamına gelmez.
10. Güncellemeler ve erişilebilirlik
Uygulamayı güncelleyebilir, özellikleri değiştirebilir veya kaldırabilir ya da uygulamayı sunmayı bırakabiliriz. Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "erişilebildiği ölçüde" sunulur; her zaman erişilebilir, kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını taahhüt etmeyiz.
11. Sorumluluk
Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan ya da oyun ilerlemesinin veya oyun içi öğelerin kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Bu Şartlardaki hiçbir hüküm, yasayla sınırlanamayacak bir sorumluluğu veya yaşadığın ülkenin emredici yasalarından doğan tüketici haklarını sınırlamaz.
12. Kullanımın sona ermesi
Uygulamayı kaldırarak kullanmayı istediğin zaman bırakabilirsin. Bu Şartları ciddi şekilde ya da tekrar tekrar ihlal edersen lisansın sona erer.
13. Şartlardaki değişiklikler
Uygulama değiştikçe bu Şartları güncelleyebiliriz. Yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihi geçerli sürümü gösterir. Bir değişiklik seni ilgilendiriyorsa uygulama, oynamaya devam etmeden önce güncel Şartları kabul etmeni ister.
14. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu Şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Yaşadığın ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma kuralları saklıdır; orada sana açık olan mahkemelere veya tüketici kuruluşlarına (Türkiye'de tüketici hakem heyetleri ve tüketici mahkemeleri) başvurabilirsin.
